Last updated: May 2025 — Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By accessing or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Life Lift Corp ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is provided to facilitate humanitarian donations to individuals and causes in need. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable Brazilian laws and regulations, including the Marco Civil da Internet and the LGPD.

3. Donations

All donations made through the Platform are processed via PIX, Brazil's instant payment system regulated by Banco Central do Brasil. The following conditions apply:

• Non-refundable: All completed donations are final and non-refundable unless a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge, which must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Minimum donation: The minimum donation amount per transaction is R$ 10.00 (ten Brazilian reais).
• No guarantee of goal achievement: Donations are credited to the campaign regardless of whether the campaign reaches its stated goal.
• Receipt: A digital receipt will be sent to the email provided at the time of donation.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information when making a donation (including your name, CPF, and email).
• Keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected fraud.
• Any activity that occurs under your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Engage in any activity that violates the rights of third parties or applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Life Lift Corp is an intermediary platform facilitating donations between donors and campaign creators. We are not responsible for: (i) how funds are used by campaign beneficiaries beyond our published guidelines; (ii) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (iii) technical failures of third-party PIX payment providers. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount donated by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil, specifically the venue of São Paulo, SP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
