Making a donation is simple. On the campaign page, choose the amount you wish to donate, fill in your name, email, and CPF, then confirm via PIX. You will receive a payment confirmation by email shortly after the transaction is approved.

The minimum donation per transaction is R$ 10.00 (ten Brazilian reais). There is no maximum limit — every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference in someone's life.

We currently accept donations exclusively via PIX, Brazil's instant payment system regulated by Banco Central do Brasil. PIX is fast, free for donors, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, regulated PIX payment infrastructure and encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. We comply with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and do not store sensitive payment data beyond what is required for transaction verification.

Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated directly to the campaign beneficiary. However, if a technical error resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction and we will investigate promptly.

Once your PIX payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your donation ID and receipt. You can use the donation ID to reference your contribution if you contact support. Campaign progress is visible in real time on the campaign page.

All donations are credited to the campaign beneficiary regardless of whether the fundraising goal is reached. This means your contribution always makes a difference, even if the total goal is not fully achieved. Funds are never held back due to unmet goals.

No. There are zero fees for donors. The full amount you choose to donate goes toward the campaign. A small platform fee may apply on the beneficiary's side to cover operational costs — see our Fees & Deadlines page for full details.

Funds collected via PIX are transferred to the campaign beneficiary's registered bank account within 1–3 business days after the campaign's withdrawal period opens. Beneficiaries are verified during campaign setup to ensure funds reach the intended recipient.
